On our website, as well as on every other website of our affiliated hotels, you will always find the most favourable room or package price for your stay. We guarantee you that.

Should you nevertheless find a cheaper room or package price with identical services and booking conditions published on the Internet, you will receive the cheaper room or package price from us.

• Always make your booking directly on our website.
• Find a cheaper room or package price online within 24 hours of entering the booking and at least 48 hours before arrival, send us an e-mail to the address below. Add a picture of the website including the price display of the cheaper price.
• You will receive a reply from us by e-mail within 2 working days:

If the request fulfils the contractual conditions and is accepted by the respective Upstalsboom Hotel, you will receive a new reservation confirmation with the cheaper room or package price. Your first reservation with the higher price will be cancelled automatically.

If the request is not accepted by the respective Upstalsboom Hotel because one or more of the contract conditions are not fulfilled, you will receive the reason for this.

• The customer must present a booking confirmation for the best available room or package rate booked on our website.
• The room or package price found on another website must correspond in its conditions to the price of the respective Upstalsboom Hotel
• identical hotel
• identical room and bed type
• Identical length and days of stay
• Identical arrival and departure dates
• identical sales conditions, cancellation conditions, deposit conditions, conditions regarding changes to the reservation, etc.)
• Identical number of guests
• identical currency
• identical services (breakfast, half board, etc.).
• The comparative price refers to the room or package price including VAT, but excluding taxes and fees depending on the country, state or municipality.

• ...the comparison price is a non-public rate (such as contract rates, group rates, corporate rates)
• ...it is a comparison price on an "opaque" website (websites that do not display the hotel name, exact address or room availability until the user has made their payment).
• ...they are "special offers"
• ...an error is displayed on the website at the time of the enquiry or reservation
• ...price discrepancies have arisen due to fluctuation and/or different exchange rates of the currency (the exchange rate on the day of the first reservation is decisive).
• ...the comparison price was seen offline.
• ...the savings are generated by vouchers or promotional codes.

Upstalsboom Hotel + Freizeit GmbH & Co KG shall not be liable for any costs and/or fees incurred as a result of the cancellation of reservations or errors in the publication of prices by third parties.
In the event that the application for a best price includes several nights, the guaranteed lowest price will be applied to the final price resulting from the total price and not to the price of individual nights.
Upstalsboom Hotel + Freizeit GmbH & Co KG reserves the right to change or cancel the terms and conditions of this offer.
Price differences due to taxes or incorrect rounding up or down cannot be taken into account.
A best price can only be claimed by the booker. No claims can be submitted by anyone else on behalf of the guest listed in the reservation.
